1. Agency Services (Web Development, Branding & Marketing)

• Deposits: All agency projects require a non-refundable initial deposit (as outlined in your Statement of Work) to secure your spot in our engineering queue and initiate discovery.
• Milestone Payments: Payments tied to specific project milestones are non-refundable once the milestone deliverable has been approved by the client.
• Cancellations: If a client cancels a project mid-development, IDizyn Solutions retains the right to bill for all hours logged and resources allocated up to the date of cancellation.

2. The IDizyn Academy

• Live Cohorts & Training: Due to the limited seat capacity of our live training modules, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Digital Downloads: All sales of downloadable digital assets, UI kits, or code templates are final and non-refundable.
