1. Academy Materials & Code Assets All educational materials, video recordings, curriculum structures, and proprietary code snippets provided through the IDizyn Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of IDizyn Solutions.
2. Permitted Use
- Students: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Academy materials for your own educational and professional development.
- Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share our training materials, premium code repositories, or proprietary digital assets without explicit written consent.
3. Client Codebases For agency clients, licensing of the final software architecture is governed by the specific terms outlined in your signed Project Agreement. Standard open-source frameworks (like Laravel or Vue) remain subject to their respective MIT licenses.
