- Project Scope: All digital engineering, branding, and marketing services will be executed as explicitly defined in a mutually signed Project Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
- Revisions: Unless otherwise stated in your SOW, projects include a predefined number of revision rounds. Additional architectural changes outside the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
- Delays: IDizyn Solutions is not liable for project delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary assets, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
3. The Live Academy (Coming Soon)
- Enrollment in the IDizyn Academy requires adherence to our code of conduct. We reserve the right to revoke access to live-learning hubs for disruptive behavior, without refund.
- Course materials, architectures, and curriculums remain the intellectual property of IDizyn Solutions and may not be redistributed.
4. Intellectual Property Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership and usage rights of the final deliverables (e.g., custom codebases, brand assets).
